Currently serving as the Operations Director for Digital Mobilizations Inc. (DMI), Jeremy is responsible for the DMI human capital strategy, talent acquisition program, Government contract and subcontract management, as well as other HR and IT functions.
A transformational leader and retired Naval officer, Jeremy led transformations within the Navy’s pay and personnel systems. He inspired and developed automated processes that were adopted globally by the Navy personnel system resulting in 40% decrease of administrative workload, globally. He also led the transformation of Navy officer candidate school (OCS) reframing the program and introducing curriculum to add ethical leadership as the central theme of OCS for all new officers joining the navy.
Jeremy is passionate about service to others. He considers himself successful when those he supports and helps along their own journey are successful - just as DMI measures its success by the success of our clients and customers.
When not at work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and running. He is also an aspiring amateur mechanic often leaving his car worse off than when he started “fixing” it.
